At Beauty Fabulous, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional and consistent experience for every guest. To ensure clarity and transparency, we kindly ask that you review the following terms and policies regarding our services, appointments, and customer care.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are available for purchase in person at the salon only.

• Once purchased, the voucher becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or cancelled.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

• There is no expiration date; vouchers may be redeemed at any time.
  
  

Appointments: Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes.
   

Arrival

• If you are running late, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible.
  
  

Group Bookings

• A 30% deposit is required to secure all group bookings.

• Please note: Group discounts are not available.
  
  

Gel Extensions & Gel Polish – Care & Guarantee

We proudly offer a 7-day guarantee on all gel extension and gel polish services. Should any issues related to application arise within this period, a complimentary fix will be provided.

To maintain optimal results, we recommend the following:

• Wear rubber gloves when cleaning, washing dishes, or gardening.

• Avoid direct contact with cleaning agents and harsh detergents.

• Limit prolonged exposure to hot water (e.g., baths, hot tubs).

• Refrain from filing or cutting nails while gel polish is applied.

• Take care with tasks that may place pressure on nails (e.g., opening cans).

• Wipe off sunscreen, chlorine, insect repellent, and self-tanning products from nails to prevent discoloration.
  
  

Gel Extensions – Maintenance

To preserve the longevity and appearance of your gel extensions:

• Use non-acetone nail polish remover and apply a base coat when changing colors.

• Avoid hand creams containing lanolin, which may cause lifting.

• Schedule refills every 2.5 to 3 weeks to maintain nail integrity.

• After 3–4 refills, a full set is recommended to ensure proper adhesion and eliminate any lifting from older gel.

• Be mindful during daily activities such as typing, which may cause minor chips or breakage.
